A Tribute to Rod Stewart by Greg
Greg has been performing his Rod Stewart Tribute Act since 2000 and has honed his performance to become one of the greatest Rod Stewart impersonators. You are unlikely to find another who sounds like Rod and even looks like him.
In 2008 Greg won the Rod Stewart Tribute category on BBC’s “One and Only” when his voice was praised by Carrie Grant, the well known vocal coach and session singer known for her work on “Pop Idol”, “Fame Academy” and “The One and Only”. Carrie said she really liked the quality of Greg’s voice. You can see the highlights of Greg’s performance on “The One and Only” on this page.
Greg’s repertoire is enormous from the Rod Stewart Classics of the late 60s and early 70s such as ‘Maggie May’, ‘You Wear it Well’ and ‘You’re In My Heart’ to the highly successful middle years and such wonderful songs as ‘Sailing’ and ‘Hot Legs’ and even into the later years of Rod’s long and illustrious career with tracks such as ‘Downtown Train’ and ‘Forever Young’.
Whether you are arranging for a Sports Club. Golf Club, Pubs, Restaurants, Night Clubs, Tribute Act Specialists, Weddings, Engagement Parties, or your own Private Party if you book an evening with Greg you are assured that you can sit back and enjoy the performance of a talented and highly entertaining performer and one of the finest Rod Stewart tributes you will ever see and hear!
Greg can spend an evening doing his Rod Stewart Tribute act for you, but if you want some variety he can perform a wide number of other songs while playing the electric guitar, including (among others) Sad Songs by Elton John, Twistin’ the Night Away by Sam Cook, and Rockin’ All Over the World by John Fogerty.
